My Fall Guide to things that take me to my HAPPY PLACE

Before we bid a farewell to Fall this weekend take a look at some of the things I’ve loved these past few months. Have fun this Black Friday shopping for some of these goodies!

1. Genius Suitcase:

I never thought I would say this about a suitcase, but the Genius Pack blew my mind! In fact I just took this case on a trip to Margharitville which I’ll be writing about shortly for Yahoo Travel! Watch the product video on Genius Pack’s website, and you’ll feel like James Bond getting schooled by Q on his latest gadget. It’s about the size of two pomeranians, and has a compartment for everything – umbrella, magazines, socks, underwear but the best thing about it is that it has a laundry chute. You heard me! You shove the clothes into the chute, pull a string, and your clothes are compressed into a tiny compartment. I love and hated this because it had a few unexpected outcomes: I didn’t think about laundry on my vacation, but I also had plenty of room for all that junk I promised myself I wouldn’t buy.

Finally, a machine-washable rug that looks amazing! It’s incredible, no matter how much I  watch my  kids and dog without fail there it is: a huge, unexplainable stain on my favorite rug. The more questionable the stain gets, the more I fantasize about throwing the rug away. Ruggable is the perfect machine-washable rug because it looks great, and stays in place. No more tripping on frumpy rugs. And the cover is also interchangeable so you can change it to moms favorite pattern when she comes over for the holidays.

Fake bake is the most natural at home tanning lotion I’ve used to date. Ever since I got my hands on a bottle of this stuff, I have been a bronzed goddess.  Fake Bake deserves all the amazing reviews that it gets, because it goes on super easy and isn’t the least bit patchy. This means I can actually shake hands with people at parties instead of hiding them behind my clutch and cocktail. I also no longer look like an orange.

IMG_33714. Velvet:

I wore these sunglasses on my “First day” of school pic. A lot of you were asking where these stunners came from.. well here they are. These sunglasses are the perfect mix of sexy librarian, and cruise ship glam.  You know a pair of sunglasses are good when your husband stops and asks you “Are those glasses new?  These pictured here are the “Jami.” My assistant even got the pair of Lucys and absolutely loves them.

A lot of companies SAY their pants reduce the appearance of cellulite and make everything look toned. But not a lot of them have the technology to blasts infrared rays into your buns to actually help the cellulite! Beija Flor Jeans have Emana technology, which uses your own body heat to increase circulation, and help with muscle fatigue. They’re super comfortable to lounge around in, and very durable. My dog, Bella Rose, has jumped on me a million times and the fabric still hasn’t budged. And my legs look smooth like I’m wrapped in Spanx.
