I am so excited to show you the first episode of my new series for notsoskinnymom.com! It’s called Carey Out! Its tough to eat at fancy restaurants with my two well spirited children. So, I’m asking chef’s from top restaurants to come to my house and show me how to cook my favorite carry out.
In this first episode Chef Mike Carino of Pig and Prince in Montclair, NJ came over and gave me some great tips in the kitchen and showed me how to make a golden tile fish. My husband is a huge fisherman so he was super excited about this episode. This is a very light dish which is perfect right after last week’s filling Thanksgiving meal. I hope you enjoy it and please subscribe to my site for the recipe!
