Disney’s Polynesian Resort & Ohana’s Backscratcher Drink Recipe

After hoofing it around the Magic Kingdom and tracking  33,000 steps on my fit bit we headed over to Walt Disney World’s Restaurant in the Polynesian Resort.  At this point I could use a little Disney magic to calm my nerves. I ordered a brightly colored drink called the Backscratcher… Not only was it a delicious tropical drink with passionfruit and rum but it actually lit up!!! There was a small LED  ice cube!!!! Whoo Hooooo!!!! Now, that’s what I call Disney Fireworks! If you want to make it here’s the recipe.

1/2 oz Meyer’s Rum
1/2 oz. Light Rum
