Pear and Gorgonzola Bruschetta from

Pear and Gorgonzola Bruschetta


1 loaf of baguette bread cut into slices about 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
8 ounces Gorgonzola crumbled
3 tablespoons honey
Balsamic glaze Onion powder
2 pears peeled and sliced as thin as you can

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
2. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with onion powder. Bake until the bread is pale golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.
3. Drizzle honey on the crispy bread pieces. Then arrange one piece/slice of the pear onto each piece of bread.
4. Arrange cheese on the toasts. Then drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the pieces of toast.
